All indications are that a sixth season was confirmed back in May 07.

Can someone tell me how to convert these cover to fit in an standard case?

They are designed for a 6-pack case (22 - 25mm spine). Converting them to a standard case size would be pretty much impossible. It's a task that the original author would have to perform.
