The MD 6 case is actually a single case 3240 x 2175 rather than 3384 x 2175.

Yes - the blurb in the OP describes that there are two versions of the MD cover, one to go with the other standard amaray sizes and one to go with the 6 disc versions - the difference is so that the logo's line up properly (when I made the original covers I stupidly didnt align them right so I was stuck with this going forward).

However, both MD covers are standard amaray sizes - the official DVD release is 4 discs so will fit in a 4 disc standard case. Only seasons 1 and 2 use the wider case size.
