This tutorial describes how to manually create a cover 3D preview image. It includes a template for a Blu-ray 3D preview (in PSD format) and a video tutorial describing how to use the template to convert your flat jpg cover image into a 3D image.

Thanks! But unfortunately, this doesn't work for me. Creating a mask goes wrong, Ctrl-M does nothing...
