Screwed (2011)Screwed is based on a semi-autobiographical novel by former prison guard Ronnie Thompson, who spent seven years working in some of the UK's most dangerous prisons. Starring James D'Arcy (Master & Commander), Noel Clarke (Kidulthood), Frank Harper (The Football Factory), Jamie Foreman (Layer Cake), Andrew Shim (This Is England) and Kate Magowan (Stardust). Screwed follows ex-soldier Sam (James D'Arcy) from his first day in the flourishing field of corrections and into a maelstrom of violence, corruption and drug trafficking - and that's just the guards!
