In all honesty, it's nice, but could be better... so get ready for some nitpicks (aka constructive criticism ;) )

Santa's face on the front is way too pink, and the picture's a bit low-res there's better artwork available now...

The character's name is Santa Claus, the movie's name is Santa ClausE (a joke on the original name...)

The font for the synopsis at the back is nice, but it's weird, there's a lot of unsightly spaces after some capital letters, for example.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put you down, this is a very nice design and layout, I don't think I could do better myself, but with a few quick fixes it could be perfect!
