This rule is designed to stop people claiming or uploading covers they did not make without the artists permission, This is a free resource - as you can see from the previews Bishftl is not claiming this is his, you can clearly see it was created by Estrella Mauricio - "manchino"

If you had read the artists comments on Deviant you would have seen:
