Not a big deal, but this file is not a proper .rar file and had no content to unpack.
Tried a couple of times and gave up. Opted for another label, which extracted without issue.

Odd, just tried with Winrar and 7-zip, no problem
I used Winrar 5.01 and 7-Zip (19.00)
