Scan of the Warner Bros. retail BD "book" cover. The book came with an alternate rear cover (with French and English text) affixed to the back, so I scanned the book with and without that alternate rear cover. The bare cover is shown in the rear of the preview image and the alternate back is shown in the front. The rar file contains both versions.
