This is the second whole title in the tv part of my blu-ray collection. I have made the rest of the seasons to match, as well. There is a 12mm spine (3173 x 1762) and a 14mm spine (3212 x 1762). There are two versions - animated background and metal texture background.
Added a regular version, 12mm spine, with no pagecurl, as requested.
