Frozen Planet (Netherlands) blu-ray cover

Special request from FrisianKing.

He wanted separate cases of 11.8mm spine cases as apparently 4 disk cases are hard to get.

The covers are Spanning and are modified with new pictures and episode information to reflect episodes on each disk contained in each case over 4 disks and 4 covers and not three disks in one cover as is the norm in the UK.

I have made four labels to match the Netherlands set here:

COVER 1 - To The Ends Of The Earth & Spring
COVER 2 - Summer & Autumn
