The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition dvd cover
Since the game is 'available', here's my Oblivion:GOTYE custom cover --- I call it the 'Full Leather Jacket' version as you can tell why :) Although, the back isn't quite blended in, as the text was a bit unreadable... so left some of it normal.
