I wasn't able to find one of these so I made one. I hope someone will find it useful some day. It's in PNG and PSD formats. I made it from a screen capture of the actual video version so the globe shows the flares around it. You can easily trim these off if you wish.

Edit: I decided to make a second version with the globe smooth and white. It's included in the rar file.
