Only the R1 version has two discs, the R2 extended cut is sadly only one disc. But is it really necessary to add another disc (2 in fact, as you can get a double disc of the first film) with just "Disc 1" & "Disc 2" stuck on them? I hate to think for these tiny differences it would be a shame to waste members credits, especially when I'm sure they can easily modify the standard disc themselves!
But if people really want them I'll be happy to sort em out in the near future.
