There are already quite a few versions for that one, I know ;)... Still, I wanted to do something a little different and keep it simple, so here's what I came up with. Hope you'll like it. :)
14mm spine (the US/Canada retail comes in a 3-disc, 14mm case).
[edit] I've added an 11mm spine as well, just in case... ;)
