Doctor Who : Series 5 Volume 4 dvd label

It has been brought to my attention that the episode listing on the retail disc is different from that on my earlier label and on MrMinUK's custom cover. For that reason I've created a second label which more closely matches the content of the retail version. Both the episode listing and the approximate running time have been changed.

Version 1 is for those who want to match the DVD cover from MrMiniUK
Version 2 is for those who want to match the content of the retail DVD
Both labels are included in the same RAR so no extra credits are needed.
