Managed to delete these during the rebuild so here they are again. Thanks to all those that helped.
Made several versions. 1 Inch spine is in post #2. Standard Amaray cases are in post#4. For those of you in the UK who can only got 6 way overlaps measuring 22mm check out post#6 and for those of you that want the first 6 seasons in 3 way cases due to double sided discs I've made a mixed set in post#8, 6 x Amaray and 4 x 22mm to save as much space as possible.
