This is actually a scan of the retail - so this is how it comes. If you check the text on the back you can see its a joint venture between the BBC and Granada International, distributed by Granada Ventures ... or ITV DVD!
I'm confused too ... but since the BBC decided to outsource a large part of their product budget some years ago this is the kind of thing that's going to turn up more often from now I think!
