I don't get that comment.
It was in the rules of the contest from day 1 and we only make this extra statement because some numbnut allready started posting his entry.
Imo it has nothing to do with loyalty to other sites/ persons.
The prices to win are good enough to substantiate the wish to keep the work here and entering is free will to all.
After all we only speak about a couple of covers/ labels here not more.
